We are building the Cohens a 16x30 cabin plus an 8x30 front covered porch & a loft. Wired and built to WI. Code. I will attached pics of our progress.

First day was diging the holes, pouring the footers & setting the posts and attaching some rim boards. Second day we put the floor joists on, insulation, main floor deck, porch floor etc. The progress is below.

So with good weather and materials being available we built this cabin in Jan/Feb of 2012.
