Our next cabin site is located just east of Gays Mills about 4 miles. Take Hwy. 171 East to Shedivy Lane turn left or North on Shedivy Lane and look for a new driveway on your left past a 2 story home. We are planning on building a log sided cabin with log tails, 24x32 which includes a 8x48 wrap around porch, 16x16 loft with 2 rooms, fully wired and hooked up to electricity, car sided walls & ceiling with exposed beams, 6x7 storage or future bathroom, fully insulated, steel roof (your choice of color), 2 steel insulated doors, several good double pane windows with screens, chimney ready for a wood or gas stove/fireplace, built and wired to Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code, nice view, a well share with a water line and outside frost free jack near the cabin, port-a-potty, if you can come take a look before we start we can build one just for you and make changes you may want. Cost will depend on changes but we are hoping to build this for around $65,000 cash pretty good price for a new cabin like this especially with a shared well and water line near the cabin, gravel driveway, very nice view, town road frontage! Some woods, nice meadow, some apple trees. On 4.3 surveyed acres. Come take a look.
